Yes, you can! The onsite box office is open 90 minutes prior to show time. We do however, recommend purchasing your tickets online for the best discount prices.
Please note the family package tickets are NOT sold at the door.
We encourage everyone to arrive on time to limit disturbances for others in attendance. Should you arrive late, our parking attendants will assist you in getting to your parking space as quickly as possible without negatively impacting the experience of other fans.
All sales are final and there will be no refunds.
Children aged 3 to 12 inclusive require a child’s tickets. There is not charge for infants up to 24 months (2 years).
Present your tickets on a smartphone at the door. We recommend you DO NOT print your tickets!
We kindly ask that you not bring outside food and beverage. Many options will be available for purchase on site.
In many communities that we visit, Free Kids Tickets are distributed through Fast Food Restaurants, Convenience Stores and other Retail locations.
- Free kid’s tickets are valid for children aged 12 and under.
- Children 2 and under are free and need no tickets.
- To use this offer, you MUST have the physical Free Kids Ticket in-hand to redeem at the Circus Entrance.
- Each Free Kids Ticket allows Free admittance for one child with one paid adult. If you have 2 Children, you must have 2 Free Kids Tickets and 2 Paid Adults.
Please read the terms and conditions on the ticket and simply bring the coupon along ready to present at the entrance.

Tickets are not refundable.
There are a few circumstances, such as a cancelled performance, where tickets may be refunded. Otherwise, Tickets can not be refunded.
Likewise, Service Fees, internet convenience fees or any other fees associated with the purchase of tickets are consumed at the time of transaction and can not be refunded for any reason.
Outside alcohol is not permitted, but will be available for purchase on site for guests 21+. Please drink responsibly and abide by the following rules:
- Do not operate your vehicle while drinking
- Have a designated driver
- Dispose of any open containers in the waste cans provided while you exit
Your safety is our priority.In the event of inclement weather, event management may decide to delay the performance or make necessary arrangements to keep you and our staff safe. Refunds will only be given if the show has to be completely canceled.
- Advertising, selling or promoting any third-party product (including, but not limited to, food and beverage items)
- Amplified sound systems
- Disorderly conduct
- Fireworks
- Generators
- Grills or fryers
- Kerosene lamps or open flames of any kind
- Laser pointers
- Littering
- Tents, stand umbrellas and tarps

The prices advertised by Flatout Freestyle represent the exact amount the company charges. Anything above the advertised price goes to third party providers.
